    • Audible and Visual Warning requirements

    • Integrity and reliability of circuits

    • System Zoning

    • Detector spacing, location and limitation (Optical, Heat and Manual based detection only)

    • System Variations
       

  • Maintenance Requirements (1 day Theory)

    • Periodic Inspection and testing requirements

      • Identifying non-compliances

      • Testing and inspecting minimum requirements

      • Recording and documenting

    • 12 monthly inspection and testing requirements

    • Quarterly inspection of vented batteries (if req.)

    • User testing requirements

      • Daily recommendations

      • Weekly user testing

      • Monthly user attention
         

  • Inspecting and Testing (1 day Practical)

    • Carrying out electrical testing

    • Carrying out functional testing

    • Documentation
       

  • Theoretical Test/exam (1/2 day)
