With over 5 years of experience, Skills for Security has grown into a National provider. Expansion into multiple UK centres was driven by employer demand and learner need, creating a robust model that brings training closer to home and sets a high industry standard.
Employers don’t pay National Insurance contributions for apprentices under 25, helping reduce workforce costs from day one.
Larger employers can use their Apprenticeship Levy to fund training, while smaller employers typically pay just 5% towards programme costs.
Eligible employers could receive up to £1,000 in government incentive payments when hiring an apprentice.
