Skills for Security new team members

We're thrilled to introduce the latest additions to our growing team at Skills for Security. Since the beginning of March we have welcomed six new team members into the business. These individuals have been carefully chosen for their outstanding skills and expertise, and we're confident they'll bring valuable contributions to our organisation.


Luke Deller, Business Development Executive

Luke has embarked on the L4 Sales Apprenticeship programme through Apprentify and is already diving into his role with enthusiasm. Joining our business development team, Luke will play a vital role in driving our business growth in the South by engaging new employers and recruiting apprentices across all our provisions.


Karleeshia Kimpton, Business Development Executive

Karleeshia is another bright addition to our business development team, also undertaking the L4 Sales apprenticeship programme via Apprentify, Karleeshia will focus on expanding our reach and fostering relationships with new employers to further support our growth initiatives and driving our business growth in the North.


Mollie Evans, Partnership Manager

Joining our Sales & Marketing team, Mollie brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at Pyronix, now a valued sponsor. Her expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our sponsorship programme and ensuring all commitments are met.


Jamie Simpson, Finance Director

As an accomplished ACCA qualified finance professional, Jamie brings a wealth of experience in building finance functions and driving financial strategies in fast-growing businesses. In his new role, Jamie will oversee all financial aspects of our operations.


Reece Goodman, Marketing Manager

With a rich background in marketing and a deep understanding of the fire safety industry, Reece is perfectly positioned to lead our marketing efforts. From digital marketing to brand strategy, Reece will spearhead all of our marketing developments.


Melanie Horak, IQA Apprenticeships

Melanie joins us with over sixteen years of experience in quality and compliance within independent training providers. With her extensive background, Melanie will lead our IQA efforts, ensuring the highest standards in apprenticeship qualifications.
